The coaching design rests on two well-established findings in cognitive and educational psychology rather than intuition about "practice." Testing recall at intervals of 5 minutes, 2 days, and 1 week after study, Roediger and Karpicke (2006) found that taking a practice test on the material produced stronger retention at the longer delays than an equivalent amount of re-reading, even though re-reading looked better on the 5-minute test. A review of the evidence base across 10 common study techniques ranked practice testing among only 2 rated high utility, well above familiar habits such as highlighting and rereading (Dunlosky et al., 2013). Who will actually work with you?
Your coach is matched to the subject being examined and holds a master's degree or doctorate in it, so the pre-exam session works through the reasoning your paper will test rather than generic exam technique. What decides your quote?
Three things move the number.
- Subject and level. Technical and calculation-heavy subjects sit higher, because fewer coaches can take them.
- How much coaching you want before the day. A single strategy session and a multi-session preparation programme are quoted differently.
- How much notice you give. Booking 24 hours out and booking 3 weeks out are not the same request, and the minimum lead time is 24 hours regardless.
The tier you choose also moves it, since Standard, Premium and Advanced differ in coach seniority, warranty length, and how much preparation is included.
No two briefs price the same, so MAAS quotes per case rather than publishing a flat rate. Send the brief for a quote specific to your work.
As a guide, published base rates start at 2,400,000 VND Standard, 2,880,000 VND Premium and 3,360,000 VND Advanced for a sitting up to 30 minutes, and rise with the exam length, exclusive of 8% VAT. These are starting points, not your quote; contact MAAS directly for a sitting over 240 minutes.

MAAS checks whether a booking is workable before confirming it: whether there is time to brief an expert on your syllabus, and whether the subject and exam format are clear enough to prepare for.
Where the exam is too close or the syllabus is thin, MAAS raises it before you commit. That usually means asking for the material that is missing, such as past papers, the syllabus or the exam format, or proposing a different session plan, discussed with you.
Any change to what was agreed is settled with you, and never by one person at MAAS alone.
