Privacy Policy

MAAS Education Technology JSC — Information security regulations, published 23 June 2025.

Privacy is the precondition of the MAAS partnership. This policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, who can access it, and the choices you have.

1 · What We Collect

We only collect personal data needed to fulfil your order:

  • Identifiers — your name, email address, and phone number (or Zalo/WhatsApp ID) used to contact you.
  • Academic credentials — when relevant to the brief, your student ID and login password for the school system (Blackboard or similar). These are used to retrieve materials, submit the deliverable, or verify the result during a refund request.
  • Order materials — documents, rubrics, briefs, and reference materials you upload.

2 · How We Use It

  • To prepare, edit, and complete your order with the agreed quality.
  • To transfer materials between you and the matched Expert.
  • To verify outcome conditions for warranty and refund requests.
  • To respond to your inquiries during the order and warranty window.

Your data is not transferred to third parties and not used for any other purpose without your consent, except as required by law or professional standards.

3 · Confidentiality of the Expert

All Experts work under a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement. As a customer:

  • You must not share your personal contact details (Zalo, WhatsApp, email) with the Expert.
  • You must not exploit the Expert's personal information.
  • You must not communicate with the Expert outside the MAAS channel during or after the order.

Violation of any of the three above stops the order without refund and disqualifies the order from warranty.

4 · How to Help Us Protect Your Data

Before sending materials to MAAS, please remove from the documents:

  • Your full name and student name
  • Your teacher's name and email address
  • Class codes, course codes, and university branding that could identify the institution
  • Phone numbers and personal contact details

We will additionally review and strip identifying information before passing materials to the Expert.

5 · Storage & Retention

  • Order materials are stored within the MAAS workspace only as long as needed to deliver and warrant the order — typically up to the end of the warranty window (45 days for standard services, 90 days for Dissertation / Research Project).
  • After the warranty window, materials are archived in encrypted storage and are no longer accessible to Experts.

6 · Your Choices

You may:

  • Ask MAAS to confirm what personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to delete materials after your warranty window closes — write to support@maasedtech.com.
  • Decline to provide your school login. In that case, we will agree on an alternative way to submit the brief and the deliverable.

7 · Disclaimer

We disclaim responsibility for the consequences of:

  • Customers sharing their own personal information with the Expert directly.
  • Customers exploiting the Expert's personal information.
  • Customers sending payment to the wrong recipient bank account.
  • Customers providing the wrong bank account for a refund.
  • Non-compliance with this Privacy Policy or the broader Service Policy.

8 · Right to Amend

MAAS may amend this Privacy Policy when needed without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after the amendment is published constitutes acceptance.
