Refund Policy

MAAS Education Technology JSC — Refund regulations, published 23 June 2025.

Refunds are applied to the Standard, Premium, and Advanced packages along with attached add-ons (excluding English-to-Vietnamese translation add-on, Extend Deadline fee, and VIP/VVIP support fee). The Eco package does not include a refund commitment.

1 · Two Refund Methods

Cash by bank transfer — refunded to the customer's Vietnamese bank account in VND (or PayPal on request).

Reservation — credit the order value to offset against the customer's next order, usable within 1 year of the refund decision.

For each case below, the table specifies whether one or both methods apply.

2 · Required Evidence (for Fail / Package Difference cases)

Refund requests on Fail or Package Difference results are only accepted with the following evidence:

  • The grade of the assignment.
  • The teacher's feedback on quality.
  • Proof that the content submitted matches the Expert's delivered work.

Provide evidence through one of three options:

Option 1 — Login access. Provide your school login (Account ID/Email, Password, Login Link). We sign in, verify the grade and feedback, then you may change your password after the refund decision.

Option 2 — Video walkthrough. A video logged into Blackboard showing your name, course name and code, the grade and breakdown across the marking rubric, the teacher's feedback, and the full content of the submitted work matching the Expert's deliverable.

Option 3 — Email evidence. A video showing the grade-notification email content, both addresses (yours and the teacher's), and the full content of the submitted work matching the Expert's deliverable.

Refund requests without valid evidence are declined. Videos must be high-resolution.

3 · Refund Process

Step 1 · Submit the request.

  • Overpayment or cancellation by MAAS for lack of Expert — we contact you with the actual quote or the cancellation notice.
  • Fail / Package Difference — send the result, evidence (per §2), and the receiving bank account to support@maasedtech.com.

Step 2 · Wait for the refund decision. Review takes a minimum of 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the date we receive complete evidence. The Reservation method takes a minimum of 15 working days.

Step 3 · Receive the refund. Approved bank-transfer refunds are paid within 5 working days. Reservation credits are confirmed by email with an expiry date.

You have up to 1 month from the refund decision to receive a bank-transfer refund. After that we no longer hold the amount.
