01Is the initial consultation free?

Privacy is the precondition. MAAS systems are end-to-end encrypted — we never share university names, course codes or content with third parties. Every expert signs an NDA before taking a case.

03How does the refund work?

Group A (Academic Support & Exam Support): a 100% refund if the deliverable doesn't meet the outcome target of your tier — Pass for Standard, Merit for Premium, Distinction for Advanced. Group B (Mentoring & Advisory) is a quality commitment, not a refund commitment, because outcomes depend on third parties (institution, journal, external review).

04Can I talk to my expert directly?

Yes. Once matched, you have a private channel on your dashboard — text chat, document sharing, video calls when needed. Every communication is preserved in the project workspace so you can refer back any time.

05Does MAAS take urgent cases?

Yes — the minimum deadline is 24 hours. Urgent cases carry a surcharge (10–40% depending on urgency) and depend on expert availability. The earlier the brief lands, the better the rate and the wider the choice of expert.

06What payment methods are accepted?

VN bank transfer (Vietcombank, BIDV, Techcombank), Momo, ZaloPay, or international card via an encrypted gateway. Large engagements (dissertation, thesis) can be split into 2–3 instalments — typically a 30–50% deposit with the balance due on final delivery.
